Order processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch within [5-10 Days] after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. If an item is on preorder or has a different processing timeframe, this will be disclosed before purchase.

Delivery address and order changes

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any charge for a customer-requested redelivery will be explained before it is agreed.

International orders, duties and taxes

For deliveries that cross a customs border, import duties, taxes or handling fees may apply. Our arrangement for these charges is: 2-10 USD. Applicable charges known to us will be disclosed before purchase. Customs processing may affect delivery estimates.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of damaged items and packaging can help us investigate, but do not limit your legal rights. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. A tracking status alone does not remove your right to report non-delivery.

Returns
